No delivery ?

If your package was marked as delivered, and you claim that it was not received, you will need to FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS. Many times it will arrive within 24 hours as the delivery may have gotten pushed to the next business day due to high shipment volume. Once the package has been shipped out, Maarleenz Lashes is not liable for lost packages. Returns and Exchanges may only be processed if the product was defective or damaged. We are not held liable for the misuse of any of our products.
