Shipping information

Once fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via email. We offer ROUTE insurance as an option during checkout for any packages that may be lost, stolen, or damaged. Follow this tracking number, we will not be liable for any issues regarding your shipment once it has been sent off, including lost or stolen packages.

Please contact USPS or your international post if you are to have any concerns regarding your order. Double check your address before confirming your order and also verify that it is correct and complete on your confirmation invoice. If your address is inaccurate, the package will be sent out and returned back to Marlenz beauty lounge.

Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions. Marlenz beauty lounge is not liable for any delayed packages. Please note that orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays).
